Hi, I'm Maddie — I make playful, small-batch pottery! Mugs, bowls, the kind of stuff you actually use. I came to clay after years of staring at a screen as a graphic designer. I've always loved working with my hands and there's something really rewarding about making something out of nothing. After getting laid off I signed up for pottery lessons and never looked back. I love the meditative quality of throwing, and all the curveballs and lessons it throws at you along the way.
